B26ENR-101 Energy Delivery Careers: Skilled Trades Pathways for Early Talent and Veterans

A self-paced exploration and readiness course for people considering a skilled trades career in energy delivery - the work of getting electricity and natural gas safely to homes and businesses. Built for two audiences: early talent deciding what comes after high school or a first job, and veterans whose technical training and safety discipline already map onto this industry. Learners finish with a trade-ready resume, a documented employer contact, and a dated 90-day action plan aimed at a named apprenticeship intake, including regional utilities such as Baltimore Gas and Electric. This is a decision-and-readiness course, not a technical certification: it prepares learners to compete for an apprenticeship, not to perform the work.
