This includes platform setup, branding customization, initial cohort configuration, and onboarding of your administrative team. Larger, more complex deployments with custom curriculum may take 8–12 weeks.

Yes. AI NEXTGEN America supports importing existing course content in common formats (SCORM, video, PDF, PowerPoint). Your existing materials can be uploaded into your academy and organized into the AI NEXTGEN America modular course structure — allowing you to combine your proprietary content with AI NEXTGEN America's curriculum library.

AI NEXTGEN America certifications are developed in partnership with corporate partners including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Northrop Grumman, and federal agencies. These employers are directly involved in shaping certification standards, which ensures graduates are equipped with the skills those organizations are actively seeking. Employer-recognized credentials are available at the micro-certification and professional certification levels.

Yes. Several AI NEXTGEN America programs are designed with federal and state workforce development grant eligibility in mind — including veterans transition programs, HBCU partnerships, and underrepresented community upskilling initiatives. Our partnerships team can provide documentation and guidance to support grant applications for qualifying organizations.

After completing certified programs, learners are entered into the AI NEXTGEN America Workforce Marketplace. Employer-partners can search the graduate pool by skill set, certification level, cohort, and other filters. AI matching then surfaces the most relevant candidates for open positions. Employers with active corporate academy subscriptions receive priority access to talent from all cohorts on the platform.

AI NEXTGEN America is built as part of the STEM City USA digital twin ecosystem. STEM City provides the virtual campus infrastructure — including virtual classrooms, networking lounges, corporate recruiting centers, career fairs, and conference auditoriums.
